Hmm. The chin is way too sharp for so wide a face, and the eyes are too near each other. Try using tissue or cotton buds to smooth out unevenness, especially since there's no shading. Is that the kind of eyes you want to go for? Even if it is I suggest rounder lights in the eyes, instead of straight(kind of like a clock) Also try adding details to the hair, anything would be good at this level. Eg. lines that follow the flow of hair.
