Your lines look really choppy as if they were traced. And the facial features look out of place. The head shapes look really good though. My advice is to try to get your lines smoother. Make sure you are sketching lightly and then darkening the lines that look right. Try to work on the facial proportions too. These are some pretyy good drawings, but plenty of room for improvement.
