So i love to draw characters and i have been trying to put together my own anime which is really difficult in your own or with a few people even. This is Eskere. I know some of the proportions are off. Tell me what you think!

Let me give you my honest comments.
Your proportions are good, as are your poses.
To make your hair more realistic i suggest curved lines instead of straight lines. (Especially for her fringe) I also like to draw several lines following the flow of the hair. It guides me to draw additional strands of hair to make the hair look better.
Some brief shading could make it better too. For example under the cape, along the jaw lines, etc. The shading that follows the line of the left boob (whether intentional or not, as you seem to have many eraser marks) brings out a good effect. It would also be good to shade below that area!
The face of the angry portrait is actually well drawn.
Thanks Krys. Really appreciate the feedback. Its pronounced esk-ear. I might change her abit since i have alot of ideas on what i want her to look like. The right arm is actually too short. But oh well. I will try some of the things you suggested and post up some more.
