Hey guys can you help me? I find it very hard to draw the anatomy of a girl's body. I find the chest and the waist too hard to draw,and also can you also help me on drawing the muscles on the guy's plain hand,cause everytime I do,it looks like circles for arms! i need help! like seriously!!!

Idk bout guys but as A girl I can help you out with the girl.... It depends on the type you want. Skinny-chubby Flat chest or other. (Front- view) Skinny girls will often be more flat chested. The upper part of the body is usually a tad bit wider than the middle of the body. The girl will have a slight curve a then be a tad bit wider at the hips. Depending on her sizes you will need to adjust the width accordingly. (Side-view) again it depends on the sizes you want but it's practically the same. Though mostly her breasts and her bottom with be more rounded and runs a bit further out from the body depending on how you want her to look. The face, legs and arms are the easy parts. well i usually use sort of trapezium shapes as a base for the body, and then add more curves to it, the chest is usually around the same size as the hip. i hope this sketch thing i did helps you... and remember its totally fine to look at reference pictures to help you~
