Starting Off Comic Supplies (2)

Does anyone know of any good inking pens? I've decided to dabble in the art of comics, so it'd be best if they were under thirty bucks, but I'm really clueless and hate digitally doing anything (my already crappy and expensive pen tablet broke on me after seven months, so I hold quite a grudge against it). Also, what size bristol board sheets should I get? I know Strathmore and Canson are the most recommended brands for those. But are there any cheap comic book-sized ones that are under 20 bucks? I want something cheap yet quality to start off with, to see if I actually like doing comics.
I know my art ability is almost at just the point I want it to be to actually start using it in comics and stuff that I'm not sure if I'll publish or just keep to myself. But I'm not just going to buy these and neglect them after a day like some people may do, so I'd still like to spend a little bit of money if it means quality supplies. I don't have hundreds of dollars to blow though. Thank you for your time, and I'd appreciate any advice.
