Hey minna...I'm just gonna say this very briefly, I'm looking to do a Manga and then an Anime of that Manga, I have the story in matter of fact I have plenty of stories but I lack of painters...I need group of talented people who has knowledge on how to draw a propper Manga

First of all,you need to write an example of a story even a short one,so that artists could see if they are interested in the genre. Also how will you pay them?

You should probably draw a storyboard (don't worry, just draw stickmen and it will do). Most artists only work if someone else draws the storyboard, so that will rise the chances of getting someone to do it. Good luck!
