This is definitely an interesting concept XD I like it though!
Some people ask for some criticism and some people don't but I think I'll post mine ( don't worry it's nothing big)
It is your own art style which I'm not criticising, but in my opinion Celty's lower half, or...'booty', might be a little skinnier. But that would probably be in a manga art style. I'm guessing this isn't really following that art style (?)
Regardless, I love how you drew the smoke and the dress suits her so well, now go get her Shinra!
