>>1 Please don't think I'm being critical because I dislike you, I'm just stating my thoughts, which you asked for.
The eyes shouldn't touch the side of the face unless it's at an angle. The eyes look a unnatural-- if you look at real eyes, you can see that they don't slant upwards or downwards a lot. The nose has no nostrils, and the shading is only on the nose. If you're going to shade something, shade all the parts. The nose's shape is like a triangle with a larger circle at the bottom, and smaller circles on both sides of the larger circle. The 2 smaller circles act as the nostrils and the larger is the "point". The jaw is also uneven. The lips are crooked-- if you wanted a smirk or a lopsided closed smile, then you should draw a thin/faint-ish line next to the nose's right side to indicate that the right side of the mouth is being lifted. When someone smiles, the cheeks go up. If you look up smiles, you can see that around the mouth, a line appears and the line continues up towards the nose. The tendons on the neck shouldn't be so prominent, you only really see the tendons when you're straining your neck/using the tendons heavily. If it's a guy, which I think it is, you should probably make the neck just a bit thicker. The hair is also unnatural, the left side of his hair/bangs look strange. Maybe don't draw them as if they were going up, and draw with fewer lines. I'm sure that a better critic could notice and explain better than I, but these were my thoughts.
