This post could be here or in GAMES, but I felt it belonged in art due to it being the creation of a character instead of playable content.

The character is Professor Akira Mudou, Weather Pokémon Expert. He studies the weather effects of Pokémon and travels the world taking part in Pokémon Leagues with his favorite Pokémon: Shiny Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, Tyranitar, Mewtwo, & Xerneas.

Ooh, I like his design! C: And the weather expert thing is pretty original, haven't seen that idea before!

That's pretty cool deadman, but idk I feel like that team would be hard to attain but if he's that intelligent he possibly can work.

That looks really cool and i think the idea of being weather expert is very creative. :)
