The lines are a bit too sketchy, I'd say "dirty": also, i don't quite appreciate the way you shaded the hair. You used graphite (=pencil) dust, am i right? The hand, mostly the fingers, are too short. And maybe the eyebrows that appear over the hair could be hidden to be more accurate!
But in the complex the draw looks good, you used a traditional yet good way to express the anime style. :3
If you learn and improve how to fix these little yet important details you'll be surely able to make even better art. ^^ Hope the rating is good!
