Just want to know what you guys think of this picture. I got the picture at school and thought of restoring it and its colors. I only used Photoshop and kinda eyeballed the colors. If there is a program or a specific way to restore their original color I would really appreciate it if you could tell me. Thanks in advance for all your feedback :)

I've heard of some guy who takes in old black and white photos and restores them with colors. If memory serves he was chinese. I don't know what method he was using though.
