my names ibuki on zero chan cheek out my art on there and yes had to draw the original on paper befor copying it on to computer

First of all because the majority of artists with work like this don't draw the original on paper and scan it.
Second, the actual artist, Ibuki, or Carol, lives in Japan and as far as I know, doesn't speak a lick of (fluent) English.

Unless you can really prove that this is your art and that you're Carol, I am inclined to believe that you are lying.
Please don't claim other works as your own.

Also the art on Zerochan (and sites like it) is never uploaded there by the artists.

Carol's pixiv ID is 1322125. You can find her works there. She also asks that her art does not get redistributed. And that fact that you're not only claiming her works but also saying that you ARE her- I think you should change your ways. How would you feel if someone was claiming to be you? Please learn from your actions and stop claiming other people's works. why not try drawing yourself? I'm sure you can find it an enjoyable hobby.
