I use sai and photoshop :) mostly sai for the sketching and photoshop on colors and finishing.

I am the other way around. Photoshop for editing and base colours and sai for shading. But I am very new at digital art, only have fully coloured around three drawings digitally. I am still experimenting and still haven't found style that I am comfortable with.

that's alright, it doesn't really matter how you go about in doing it :) also, you shouldn't be thinking of any style,just keep drawing. It will eventually show itself to you. I'm not comfortable with the way I draw either and it changes fast.

This one is a story me and my bestfriend have been writing about since we met at college. We're trying to develop it into a graphic novel. I do some pencil work. And we both work on inks and color.

Here's something I did many months ago. I never got to finish it because life became extremely busy and I lost confidence over it..but now I'm slowly redesigning the character and hopefully it goes well!

Ah, unfortunately I couldn't go to art school... My parents forbade me and did not even like me drawing. So it is a different path I had to take.

I wasn't suppose to be in art school either. I had to fight my mom for it. It was a worth it fight because now they realize I'm right /wins

How nice. I gave up art very early so when I put my feet down by refusing to go to this prestigious university because I didn't like the course offered, the alternative was not art either. I only realised I really loved art very recently, but when I did pick it up my sill had gone kaput. So much time had been lost. I am still angry when I think about it...

at first, yes, it's quite hard. but after practicing several times, I got used to drawing like this ^^; practicing with other people helps too. when you let them tell you what's off.

I was out for many months bc life got really busy [college student on thesis] but I'm going to update now ^^ My style has taken quite a turn. In a good way, I hope.

I hope you can. IT's not as if I care how long it takes, so long as we can discuss concepts and then do the art later on. Plus as long as you THINK you can take at least an hour a day, or evne na hour a week to help, it doesn't bother me.
