My drawings and sketches. I'm trying to draw well, but still I'm far from perfect. What do you think?

its really good but focus on the ends of the hair make it more curvy and waveyeir not stiff

It's really good. I'd say, go with what >>2 said, and maybe curve the hair up/down to give it a more natural look. The shadings really good too.

One question, is it just me, or are the eyes kinda big? It could just be me, though.

I think your right about tne OP's drawing the eyes need to be slightly smaller,the ears are a little too high or need to be longer.

But the over all face lines has a good shape.
