My first time posting an art~ well, the problem is my shading...and the ride...i need a little advise to improve~

Well...I would'nt worry to much about the shading actually, because the image doesn't really suffer due to the lack of it, I would address the problem of detail in the thing this guys on and his hand. If you make the hand and then draw the glove it'll look better because it's a bit pointy. As for the vehicle, it could use more depth and bobs and whistles. Which may bring one back to shading, I would suggest a dull dark pencil and just outlining the shaded parts lightly, fitting the simple contours of the figures and then filling them in so that the strokes aren't visible but the color is there...though the shapes are overall quite clean.
