Moved from suggestions, because I am an idiot:
I was thinking we could have a DeviantArt page. Someone could set it up, and then members of the Dollars could E-mail their artwork and poetry, along with their Dollars username and maybe the name of their DA account, so credit goes where credit is due.
I think that someone's true self comes out through their art, and it would be a nice way for other Dollars, as well as people in general, to see how great we are. I would be willing to do it, but I would like some feedback.

A thought just occurred to me, something that might come up. No nasty stuff, meaning no sex stories, no pornographic imagery, will be put on the page. And if the drawings are nude, keep it classy. Everyone knows the difference between 'tasteful naked elf in the forest with leaves/arm covering her naughty bits' and 'naked ho ready for ******'.

My point wasn't to make a final thread. If you're just asking what people think of a DA group, that's one thing. You save making the thread for when everything is worked out and all of the details are ready to be put in the first post. Like you said, people don't hit the Entire Thread button. When the details are worked out, you'll have to constantly link back to the post that has the final information in it.

Isn't it more so how YOU yourself handle your Art, and not much the site? I don't exactly know what you're going on about, so that is the main problem, but if you handle your page well, normally it's like any other Art sharing site.

Regarding Art Theft, is if they have proof it's stolen, they fix it.
It's as simple as that. I mean if they've no proof, they fucked themselves for not storing all information regarding their Art.

No else way to regulate that without constant, almost impossible searches throughout the Internet. No one is going to do that, even with the utmost BEST intentions.

Now, every time this thread is bumped, people will have to link >>17 and your email address.

Honestly. You could have saved yourself so much bs listening, but no. You could have at least ASKED why it was being suggested that you move it to that thread before you completely ignored what I said. That's just rude and blatantly direspectful.

There's not much we can do now, obviously, but I'm still bothered that you're trying to argue with me on this.

The reason I went ahead and made the group is so that, once (if) I receive art, I could post it as soon as possible, so as to produce immediate results. Then said artist may come back on here and say how their art is there and they are so excited, thus encouraging others to post their art. As for community approval, if I receive no art, I receive no art. No one gets hurt, the group just fades into the recesses of DA.

Well I for one think this is a great idea! Thanks for taking the time to create this for us Alice! Now I've got some inspiration to finish a few of my forgotten about projects :)
