>>5>>3>>1 are good. They have great attention to detail and wonderful shading. I can't believe the other two were drawn by the same person. Animals and people are not your forte. Stick to inanimate objects.
Your lines are rather stiff, shading is great but its that stiffness of the lines that seems to mess up the picture. Try drawing your pictures in layers starting with a light layer and try to get a natural look to the picture. Trust me when. I'm drawing figures I'm constantly erasing and redrawing the lines till they are natural looking. That's why your furries furr seem off including the tail. Also work on anatomy. The first drawing is very good.
>>10 thank for the tip... but i figured id try sketching something im not use to... i thought they turned out really good considering my lack of skills in people.
Nice job with the transparency effect for the wing on the right. Makes it look a lot better than it would without it. The shading is also great, though I do agree that it does seem a little stiff. Try to not put so much pressure on the pencil for the lines or fur, that way it'll give it a softer and smoother look.
The blue rose is absolutely briliant, down to the shading on the thorn. Keep it up~ ^-^
i love it when people try and draw yugioh cards. i chalenge any fans of the game to try to draw the monsters in the "Dark World" deck,(my favorite deck), and post them here!! i'll be looking.
