Dude when I was 12 I drew like crap XD

I think this looks pretty good. I'd suggest looking up some references (deviantart has a ton of them) for hair, his hair is a little stiff. And his torso is kind of thin.
Other than that it's pretty good. (Personally, I think your art would look more clean if you drew it on blank paper without lines. Invest in a sketchbook, it's really handy :D )
