The scarf would need more definitely lines considering the style you drew it in order to show the rolls rather than just lightly shading. The hair looks far too flat. The mouth is side-ways without separate teeth being drawn despite it being open. The eyes are dull. Also, I don't quite get why she has... two pairs of ears. An elf has elf ears, period, and if it was a human dressing up as an elf, the shading/style of them should be a bit more different than the human ears so it looks plastic/fake.
At first glance, it looks like a good piece, but dissecting it, it definitely needs work.
Now, to comment regarding the placement of this thread. Unless you intend to fill this thread with all your artwork, then it is really not necessary for it to be in its own thread. You could have put it in the sharing thread, especially since you said here that you just wanted to share.
