Tell me how ugly it is. Or just give advice for future projects.
I have very little experience in crafty stuff like this, and this is my first stuffed animal type of thing. It's actually a Christmas present for a girl I know.
The seams for actually supposed to be showing, by the way. I thought it would look cuter but now I'm not sure.
It also has a mustache.

I think the whale actually looks amazing in terms of photography. You should use a solid color background and a better camera, and maybe a different pose for the whale.
