Thanks to my wonderful friend who is skilled with drawing chibis, I got this pic of Kaoru & Hikaru from Ouran. I used Paint Tool SAI to color it, but its pretty noob-ish, especially the shading (if there is any -.-). I'm too lazy to buy myself a tablet, so any opinions or tips to help me?

also, for basic shading, you can use black or a dark blue and go over the areas where the shading would be. Use a blender on the edges if you want, and then adjust the opacity of the layer. You can do it as many times as you want to get darker shading. Thats how I do it anyways. As long as you can color inside the lines then tablets are not necessary lol

and by as many times, i mean different areas within the original shading area, layering the areas, like a shape with a smaller darker shape within. I made it sound like instead of adjusting the opacity, just make another layer
