This is so good and really gripping! But the main character gets more and more dislikable as the show goes on :(

Great anime. Better than other shonen stuff our there. There's actually a whole deeper meaning to it. It's also amazing how madhouse translated all those 90s look and modernized it. :O

Out of the two "infected" anime, Tokyo Ghoul and Parasyte, this is better by a long shot in my opinion. To be honest, if I could have a parasyte like Migi, I'd be totally ok with it.

At the end I thought that Parasyte was more about the philosophical discussion surrounding the value of different forms of life than about the plot itself. It was absolutely awesome until the last episode. That Migi's farewell was totally boring, the happy scenes with Murano were more than boring (Murano was such an annoying character anyway), and when I finally thought that something interesting was about to happen when she got kidnapped, it was also boring. I saw no point on that scene. Ok, it showed us that Migi was still there, but that guy showed up from the middle of nowhere and Murano didn't even let Shinichi answer his question, which was all I was hoping for to happen there. But I still consider it a great anime, I mean, shit was deep, it made me think about a lot of things and it earned me some good discussions with a vegetarian friend of mine. Just thought the ending could be a little more exciting.
