Kintaro Oe, He studied Law at Tokyo U, only to drop out to become a freeter, or someone who travels around taking random jobs. Strangely enough, when he dropped out, he had already completed all the requirements for graduation... Now he travels Japan on his trusted bicycle, seeking to learn what he can about life, the world, and women.
Well first of all, I watched this series a long time ago, and just recently re-watched it. And damn, it is just as fucking hilarious as i remember it... And its all because of that main character. (A side note) This show is actually more fun to watch in english, because of the main characters voice actor... He voices this character fucking perfectly, and i can't imagine it being better any other way. Anyway, I love how blatantly stupid they set up the main character to be, but how they throw in the fact that he's a fucking genius at the last second... And just to let you know, I've never laughed harder at any show in my entire life... I could watch this over and over, and each time i would laugh my ass off. Its only 6 episodes long, give it a shot. The animation & OP is so 90's it hurts lol...

I'm gunna bump this, cuz i just rewatched it with my friends. People should really watch this in its English Dub, its probably the funniest thing I've ever seen. Its up there on par with Seitokai Yakuindomo for me.
